Robert C. Hoge
Chairman

Robert Hoge has been chairman of NexGen Enterprises, Inc. since 2005, but he has many years of history - including family history - with the company. His father, E. Clyde Hoge, founded
Hoge-Warren-Zimmermann Co. in 1920.

Robert joined the company in 1974 and has worked in many capacities, including sales and estimating. He founded Central Acoustical Supply House in Cincinnati in 1976; became vice president of HWZ in 1984; appointed president of HWZ in 1995; and then chairman in 1996. In 2005, NexGen Enterprises, Inc., was established as the new parent company.

Prior to entering the family business, Robert received an Engineer of Mines degree from the Colorado School of Mines. He worked briefly for Procter & Gamble as a team manager. In the early 70s, Robert went to the Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, N.Y., and served in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Corps. Robert resigned his commission as lieutenant in 1974.

Rich Wolgemuth
President and Chief Operating Officer

Rich has been with NexGen Enterprises, Inc., formerly known as Hoge-Warren-Zimmermann Company, since 1982. He started his career in customer service in the Lombard office of Central Acoustical Supply House, a division of HWZ. He moved through the ranks and 24 years later, Rich is now president and chief operating officer of Nexgen Enterprises.

Rich is credited with opening the first distribution branch facility in Milwaukee, Wis., in 1985. He was appointed to the Board of Directors and Executive Management Committee as vice president in 1994 and shortly thereafter, became executive vice president and general manager for all of Illinois and Wisconsin distribution operations.

In 1998, Rich was appointed to lead the Distribution Business Growth Strategy, which resulted in the successful expansion into southern Indiana and the state of Kentucky markets.
Outside the building industry, Rich has a personal interest in criminal justice. Prior to joining Hoge Warren Zimmermann Company, Rich worked as a police officer for the city of Des Plaines, Ill., and was a member of the Special Operations Group (SWAT team). He currently serves as the president of the Village of Pewaukee, Wis., Police Commission.

Bruce Kirchhofer
Senior Executive Vice President

In 1977 , Bruce began a career with Owens Corning Fiberglass Corporation. He worked in inside and outside sales before eventually rising to Division Financial Services Manager. In 1987 he founded A & I Supply in Chicago, a distributor of various insulation and commercial interior products. He served as President and General Manager of A & I until selling the company to Hoge-Warren-Zimmermann Company in 1995.

After the sale of his company to HWZ Bruce started as Vice President, General Manager and Board Member at HWZ Company. In 1998, he was named Senior Vice President and began working on the company's expansion strategy. Bruce has worked directly on the acquisition and integration of Western Supply, United Building Supply and Mid America Supply. Bruce is a member of the NexGen Board of Directors, member of the NexGen Executive Committee, and is responsible to the Board of Directors for activities at eight of NexGen Building Supply's 16 locations.

Bruce Fahey
Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

Bruce has been with NexGen Enterprises, Inc. since 2001, joining the company as Corporate Controller. He was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Prior to this, Bruce was in the accounts payable auditing industry for three years and with a publicly traded wholesale grocery distribution company for 16 years.

Bruce is a member of both the NexGen Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. He is responsible for the financial, banking and insurance activities of the company. Bruce earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Xavier University, where he was a four year member of the golf team.
